Check out Spamusement - "Poorly-drawn cartoons inspired by actual spam subject lines". It's amusing.
I've been doing a little bit of riding most days.. feeling a bit more comfortable on the bike now. I'm still learning a lot about it all. Yesterday I took it onto the freeway briefly. Once I got up to top speed I noticed a red light had come on on the dash. No idea why, but obviously a red light coming on isn't a good thing. Once I started slowing down it went off under about 80ks. Got home and searched around on the net, found out that in Japan (where the bike was originally sold) it was regulation to have this light as a speed indicator. So nothing to worry about. Phew. As you can see, the bike redlines at 18000 rpms, with the tacho going up to 20000. I don't think I've gone above about 10000, but I've heard people say that the bike can indeed go all the way up to 20000 (in 2nd gear, no less). So that should be something fun to try...
